1. Privacy at a glance
This website sets no cookies, uses no third-party analytics or tracking services and loads no third-party content when a page opens — fonts, images, videos and 3D models are held entirely on our own server. We process personal data only when you give it to us yourself — through the “Owners list” and “Contact” forms — and, for technical reasons, in server log files.

3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf (the “host”). We have concluded a data processing agreement with the host under Art. 28 GDPR.
When the website is opened, the host automatically collects information in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, file requested, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). This data serves to keep operation free of faults and the systems secure (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest). It is not merged with other data sources.
4. Owners list, survey and price estimate
If you join the Owners list — through the form, at the end of the survey or in the configurator — we process your first name, email address, your configuration where applicable and the kind of interest you have (private, retail, planning) in order to notify you about the launch of Batch 01, the price and related information about Montique. The entry only takes effect once you click the confirmation link in our email (double opt-in); as evidence we store the time and a shortened value of your IP address hashed with a random value that changes daily. Unconfirmed entries are deleted after 30 days. If we enter you ourselves after a personal conversation, you receive the same one-time confirmation email; without your click we will not write to you again.
We store the answers to the price survey and the price you name in the configurator pseudonymously under a random identifier. They are linked to your Owners entry only if you sign up at the end of the survey or in the configurator. So that you can resume a survey you have started, your browser keeps the identifier in session storage; it is deleted when the tab is closed (technically necessary, § 25 (2) TDDDG).
Enquiry about a participation. Anyone taking part in the survey can, at the end, express interest in a participation in Montique and request our pitch deck. We then process your first name, email address, your company and message if you provide them, and your selection of the forms of participation that might be of interest to you — solely to answer your enquiry and to hold the conversation with you (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, steps taken at your request; for contacting you by email, your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Your survey answers are linked to the enquiry. We do not send the pitch deck automatically but personally. We store the enquiry until it has been dealt with, at most 24 months after our last reply; if a participation comes about, the retention periods of the contract apply. You can request deletion at any time by informal email.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) for the Owners list; our legitimate interest in product development (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) for the pseudonymous survey answers.
- Withdrawal: you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — via the unsubscribe link in each of our emails or informally by email to the address given above.
- Storage period: Owners entries until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe we keep your email address on a suppression list so that we can honour your objection and never write to you again by mistake (Art. 17 (3) (b) GDPR); we delete it completely on request. Survey answers until the evaluation is complete, at most 24 months.
- Disclosure: the data is not passed on to third parties; storage and email delivery run entirely on our host’s servers (see section 3).
5. Getting in touch (form, email, phone)
If you contact us through the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company where applicable, content of the message) solely in order to handle your enquiry (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The details from the contact form are delivered to us by email and are not stored on the web server. We delete the correspondence as soon as the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention periods stand in the way.
6. Measuring reach
We measure the use of this website with our own cookie-free technique on our server: when a page is opened and on individual actions (for example opening the configurator or submitting a form), your browser transmits the address requested, the referring page, the device class, the browser language and time zone, and interactions on the page (clicks, scroll depth, time on page, actions in the configurator including the configuration built). Entries in forms are not recorded. From the IP address and browser identifier the server forms a short value using a random value that changes daily and is never stored; after the end of the day this value can no longer be linked to any person. IP addresses are not stored, no cookies are set and no data is passed to third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring reach and improving the site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). You can object to the measurement informally by email to the address given above.
7. External links
Our website links to external services (e.g. siondesign.de). When you open these links, the privacy terms of the respective provider apply. You leave our website only when you click such a link.
8. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can tell that a connection is encrypted by the browser address bar starting with “https://”.
9. Your rights
Within the limits of the law you have the right at any time to information about the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
