1. Privacy at a glance
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no third-party content when a page opens — fonts, images, videos and 3D models are held entirely on our own server. We process personal data only when you give it to us yourself — through the “Owners list” and “Contact” forms — and, for technical reasons, in server log files.

3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf (the “host”). We have concluded a data processing agreement with the host under Art. 28 GDPR.
When the website is opened, the host automatically collects information in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, file requested, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). This data serves to keep operation free of faults and the systems secure (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest). It is not merged with other data sources.
4. Owners list (form)
If you join the Owners list, we process the data you provide (first name, email address) in order to notify you about the launch of Batch 01 and related information about Montique. The entry is stored together with the time of your consent in a database on our server.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
- Withdrawal: you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — informally by email to the address given above, or via the unsubscribe note in our emails.
- Storage period: we store the data until you unsubscribe or the purpose no longer applies.
- Disclosure: the data is not passed on to third parties; storage and email delivery run entirely on our host’s servers (see section 3).
5. Getting in touch (form, email, phone)
If you contact us through the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company where applicable, content of the message) solely in order to handle your enquiry (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The details from the contact form are delivered to us by email and are not stored on the web server. We delete the correspondence as soon as the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention periods stand in the way.
6. External links
Our website links to external services (e.g. siondesign.de). When you open these links, the privacy terms of the respective provider apply. You leave our website only when you click such a link.
7. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can tell that a connection is encrypted by the browser address bar starting with “https://”.
8. Your rights
Within the limits of the law you have the right at any time to information about the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
